每个学生都是蕴含无限潜能的独立个体,在学习和成长的过程中有巨大的可塑性。他们在成长期接受的教育对他们的影响是终身的,也直接影响他们身心的健康发展。老师必须掌握学生的心理,想之所想,给之所要。只有清楚地了解他们的需求,才能更有目的地开展教学工作。他们的需求也必须是与时代接轨,与整个教学体系相关联的。因此,在整合教材内容的基础上,充分考虑实际情况上,再从学生的切身需要出发,扎实开展好课堂教学内容是每一个班主任教师的首要任务。
Each student is an independent individual that has unlimited potential, and is immensely malleable in learning and growing. The education they receive in their formative years has an effect on them for a long time and directly affects their physical and mental health. The teacher must master the student’s psychology, think what he wants and give it. Only with a clear understanding of their needs can more purposeful teaching be carried out. Their needs must also be aligned with the times and linked to the entire teaching system.
