华北制药厂为做好女职工保健工作,成立了以主管生产、生活的副厂长为主任,工会副主席、厂长助理为副主任,由44人组成的“华北制药厂女职工劳动保护委员会”,并健全了规章制度。使女职工劳动保护形成了条理化、程序化、规范化、系统化。开展了婚前体检、女工“八期”保健咨询、早孕健卡、产后访视、卫生知识宣传、妇女病普查普洽、建立女工卫生间及孕妇休息室、协调调离有毒有害岗位等工作,并为全厂4873名女职工建立了健康档案。
