随着高层建筑的工程规模日益扩大、建筑结构日趋复杂,高层建筑施工技术也随施工难度与环节的变化不断革新,我们应根据实际施工中的技术路线进行优化,应结合超高层建筑逐层施工的作业面特点,强化总承包管理,重点提升施工作业空间和时间的利用效率,实现建筑施工空间的立体流水作业,使工程工序紧密衔接,削弱作业面狭窄对建设工期产生的负面影响。本文对建筑向高层发展的特点以及技术优化进行了总结,并有针对性的就建筑工程项目中的高层部分施工技术要点进行了阐述与探讨。
