水稻不同生育期对细菌性条斑病的抗性研究

采用致病力强的菌株,对国内外的38个稻种测定其不同生育期的抗性反应。结果表明,在稻苗期接种发病严重,大胎到抽穗期抗性增强;品种间和不同生育期之间的抗性差异显著。在供测品种中,全生育期抗病有3个,占7.9%;全生育期感病有14个,占36.8%;苗期感病到成株期转为抗病的有21个,占55.3%。这部分品种,由感病转变为抗病的迟早,是随不同品种的不同生育期而有差异,其中,有部分品种直到大胎抽穗期才转为抗病。因此,在进行抗病鉴定时,选在孕穗后期到抽穗期是适合的。 By using virulent strains, 38 rice varieties at home and abroad were tested for their resistance to different growth stages. The results showed that the incidence of severe inoculation in rice seedling, big fetus to heading increased resistance; between varieties and different growth stages of significant differences between the resistance. Among the tested cultivars, there were 3 resistances in the whole growth period, accounting for 7.9%; 14 in the whole growth period, accounting for 36.8%; 21 in the seedling stage and becoming disease resistant in the adult stage, accounting for 55.3%. This part of the variety, from susceptible to disease resistance sooner or later, is different with different varieties of different growth stages and there are differences, of which, some of the species until the big fetus heading to disease resistance. Therefore, in the identification of disease resistance, the election in the booting phase to heading date is suitable.
