种子超干贮藏作为保存植物种质资源的新技术具有广阔的应用前景。但不同类型、不同品种的种子超干贮藏的最适含水量不同。为了确定玉米种子超干贮藏的最适含水量,本研究采用硅胶干燥法对玉米种子进行超干处理,并经65℃老化处理1个月,通过发芽试验测定种子活力和生活力。结果表明,农大108和金海5号玉米种子超干贮藏的最适含水量分别为0.055 3和0.062 7 gH2O/gDW。2个玉米品种种子超干贮藏最适含水量均低于13%相对湿度的平衡水分,说明这2个玉米种子适合超干贮藏。
Ultra-dry storage of seeds as a new technology to preserve plant germplasm resources has broad application prospects. However, different types, different varieties of ultra-dry storage of seeds the optimum moisture content is different. In order to determine the optimal moisture content of maize seeds stored ultra-dried, the study used silica gel drying method of ultra-dry treatment of corn seeds, and aging treatment at 65 ℃ for 1 month, germination tests were used to determine seed vigor and viability. The results showed that the optimum moisture content of Nongda 108 and Jinhai 5 were 0.055 3 and 0.062 7 gH2O / gDW, respectively. The optimum water content of the two maize varieties under ultra-dry storage was lower than the equilibrium moisture content of 13% relative humidity, indicating that the two maize seeds were suitable for ultra-dry storage.
