采用放射免疫方法检测了57例中枢神经系统肿瘤患者血清、脑脊液(CSF)中髓鞘碱蛋白(MBP)的变化。结果表明,肿瘤大小与MBP释放呈正相关关系。CSF在反映MBP变化时更为灵敏,恶性肿瘤MBP的释放高于良性肿瘤。手术治疗和血脑屏障破坏也是使MBP释放的重要因素。测定MBP对反映脑组织损伤和肿瘤良、恶性以及治疗效果均有意义。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the changes of myelin basic protein (MBP) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 57 patients with central nervous system tumors. The results showed that tumor size and MBP release was positively correlated. CSF is more sensitive to reflect changes in MBP, MBP release of malignant tumors than benign tumors. Surgical treatment and destruction of the blood-brain barrier are also important factors in the release of MBP. Determination of MBP reflects the brain tissue damage and tumor benign and malignant and therapeutic effect are meaningful.
