以空气-水中央空调为主要研究对象,以供热锅炉为热源,通过分析冬季采暖系统各环节的能源消耗,推导出采暖系统综合能耗的机理模型。结合天津市某医院中央空调的实例得到目标函数和约束条件,借助MATLAB优化工具箱得出最优方案,并求出能耗最低值。经估算与改造前相比供暖期节电近16万度,实际运行效果与理论值在误差允许范围内,采用机理建模得到的目标函数及约束方程适用于同类中央空调系统的优化分析,具有普适性。
Taking air-water central air conditioner as the main research object and heating boiler as heat source, the mechanism model of comprehensive energy consumption of heating system is deduced by analyzing the energy consumption of each section of winter heating system. Combined with the example of a central air-conditioning in a hospital in Tianjin, the objective function and constraints were obtained. With MATLAB optimization toolbox, the optimal solution was obtained and the lowest energy consumption was obtained. Compared with the pre-retrofit heating power saving of nearly 160000 degrees, the actual operating results and the theoretical value within the allowable error, the use of mechanism to model the target function and constraint equations for the same type of central air conditioning system optimization analysis, with Universal.
