目的探讨采取全科医学理论在老年糖尿病治疗中的指导效果。方法选取共收治的110例老年糖尿病患分成参照组与观察组，两组各55例，参照组采取专科治疗方案，观察组在参照组基础上采取全科医学作为指导治疗模式，对比两组患者的血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及体重指数等指标情况。结果经过治疗，观察组患者的各项指标下降程度明显比参照组大(<0.05)。结论对于老年糖尿病采取专科治疗结合全科医学的理论指导进行具有显著的效果。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of family medicine to take instruction theory in the elderly in the treatment of diabetes.Methods Select 110 cases of elderly patients were treated diabetic patients divided into reference group and observation group,two groups of 55 cases,the reference group adopt the specialty treatment,the observation group in the reference group basis to take the general medical as the guiding mode of treatment,compared two groups of patients with blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index the situation.Results After treatment,the indexes were observed group were obviously decreased than the reference group ( <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment for senile diabetes take specialist treatment combining theoretical guidance of family medicine has remarkable ef ect.
