作者给小鼠肌肉注射马桑内酯2.5mg/kg,引起重型癫痫发作,测定小鼠皮层和海马的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平。结果表明:在癫痫发作之前和轻型发作时,小鼠皮层和海马的cAMP含量无明显改变;重型发作和发作结束后,小鼠皮层和海马的cAMP水平显著增加。此结果提示癫痫发作时脑内cAMP水平增加,很可能是发作的结果而不是引起发作的原因。
The authors intramuscularly injected coriaria lactone 2.5 mg/kg intramuscularly to induce severe seizures and measure cAMP levels in mouse cortex and hippocampus. The results showed that there was no significant change in cAMP content in the cortex and hippocampus of mice before and during seizures; cAMP levels in cortex and hippocampus of mice increased significantly after the onset of severe attacks and seizures. This result suggests that the increase of cAMP levels in the brain during seizures is likely to be the result of the seizure rather than the cause of the seizure.
