研究了应用脉冲加热惰气熔融热导法测定氮化锰铁中氮,并重点对方法的准确性和精密度进行了研究与讨论。本文选取一个编号为H061的标准样品并采用程序升温[3],通过分析分别确定了在应用氮、氢、氧气体分析联测仪分析氮化锰铁时所必要的仪器分析参数,其中包括:分析坩埚的选择、分析功率的选择、样品称样量的选择、助熔剂的选择等等,通过这些分析参数的确立,找出了氮的分析结果重现性好、相对标准偏差小的方法[2],然后经过选用不同标样进行对比实验分析测试,最终可得出结论该方法可靠,分析结果准确。
The pulse heating inert gas melting thermal conductivity method was applied to the determination of nitrogen in ferromanganese ferromanganese. The accuracy and precision of the method were studied and discussed emphatically. In this paper, a standard sample H061 was selected and temperature programmed [3]. Through analysis, the instrument parameters necessary for the analysis of ferromanganese nitride using nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen gas analyzers were determined, including: Analysis of crucible selection, analysis of power selection, the sample sample size selection, flux selection and so on, through the establishment of these analytical parameters, to find out the results of the analysis of nitrogen reproducibility is good, the relative standard deviation of small [ 2], and then through the selection of different standard samples for comparative experimental analysis and testing, the final conclusion that the method is reliable, accurate analysis.
