目的分析膳食干预项目对居民油盐摄入量的影响。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,选取漯河市5个社区150户家庭,采取宣传合理膳食知识、发放控油壶和限盐勺等干预措施,对干预前后的150户家庭进行连续3天的食用油、食用盐及含盐调味品等有关食物的称重调查,以分析干预效果。结果膳食干预后,干预对象的食用油、食盐和总盐摄人量均有所降低(P<0.05);食用油摄入量合格率上升(P<0.05),总盐摄入量合格率没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膳食干预有效地降低了居民的油盐摄入量。
Objective To analyze the effect of dietary intervention on resident oil salt intake. Methods A multistage randomized cluster sampling method was used to select 150 families from 5 communities in Luohe City. 150 families were investigated before and after the intervention for three consecutive days by promoting reasonable dietary knowledge, issuing oil control pots and salt restriction spoons, etc. Oil, salt and salt seasoning and other related food weighing survey to analyze the effect of intervention. Results After meal intervention, the intake of edible oil, salt and total salt of intervention subjects decreased (P <0.05); the passing rate of edible oil intake increased (P <0.05) and the pass rate of total salt intake did not Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention effectively reduced residents’ salt intake.
