随着产品的同质化,企业的利润区间渐渐缩小,企业价值日渐下降。企业要创造价值,保持竞争优势,实际上就是要保持企业在价值链上某些特定的战略环节上的优势。企业的优势既可以来源于价值活动所涉及的市场范围调整,也可以来源于企业间协调或合用价值链所带来的优化效益。本文从企业的整体活动出发,对企业价值链上的活动展开分析,为提高企业的价值提出建议。
With the homogenization of products, the profit margins of enterprises gradually narrowed, and their corporate values decreased gradually. In order to create value and maintain competitive advantage, enterprises should actually maintain their advantages in certain strategic links in the value chain. The advantages of an enterprise can come from the adjustment of the market scope involved in value activities or from the optimization benefits brought about by the coordination or combination of value chains between enterprises. Based on the overall activity of the enterprise, this article analyzes the activities in the enterprise value chain and puts forward suggestions to improve the value of the enterprise.
