研究了饥饿和水霉病对异育银鲫血液指标的影响。饥饿前期(前6 d),饥饿对异育银鲫血液的影响主要体现在血红蛋白和红细胞合成数量的降低;饥饿中期(第7~12天),饥饿不仅影响异育银鲫血红蛋白的含量和红细胞的合成,而且此时血液中红细胞体积变小,畸形率增加;饥饿后期(第15~24天),红细胞的血红蛋白继续降低,但是红细胞的数量和比容维持在一个稳定的水平。饥饿对异育银鲫红细胞的渗透脆性影响不大。患水霉病的异育银鲫血红蛋白、红细胞数量和红细胞比容均比健康鱼低,水霉病主要降低红细胞的合成数量和减小红细胞的体积。
The effects of starvation and watery mildew on the blood parameters of allogynogenetic crucian carp were studied. The effect of starvation on the blood of crucian carp was mainly reflected by the decrease of hemoglobin and erythrocyte synthesis. In the middle stage of starvation (days 7-12), starvation not only affected the content of hemoglobin and erythrocyte , And the volume of erythrocytes in the blood becomes smaller and the rate of deformity increases at this time. In the late stage of starvation (days 15 to 24), the hemoglobin of erythrocytes continues to decrease, but the number and specific volume of erythrocytes remain at a stable level. Starvation had no significant effect on the osmotic fragility of erythrocytes in allogynogenetic crucian carp. Hemoglobin, erythrocyte number and hematocrit in allogynogenetic crucian carp with watery mildew were lower than those in healthy fish, and watermelon disease mainly reduced the synthesis of red blood cells and the volume of red blood cells.
