利用国内生长的Tm:YLF晶体实现了在波长1910 nm处高重复频率、短脉宽激光种子输出。晶体尺寸为1.5 mm×6 mm×20 mm,掺杂原子数分数为2%。在腔长为90 mm条件下,采用不同透射率(T)和曲率半径(R)的输出镜,测得在T=10%,R=250 mm时输出激光的斜率效率最高,为25.6%。利用高功率掺铥光纤放大器,采用激光主振荡功率放大器(MOPA)方式,实现了脉冲激光放大。在抽运功率为100 W,重复频率为500 Hz时,得到峰值功率630 kW,单脉冲能量63 mJ的脉冲输出。
The use of domestically grown Tm: YLF crystals achieves high repetition rate, short pulse width laser seed output at 1910 nm. The crystal size is 1.5 mm × 6 mm × 20 mm, and the doping number of atoms is 2%. The output mirror with different transmission (T) and radius of curvature (R) with cavity length of 90 mm has the highest slope efficiency of 25.6% at T = 10% and R = 250 mm. The use of high-power doped 铥 fiber amplifier, the use of laser-based oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) approach to achieve a pulsed laser amplification. At a pumping power of 100 W and a repetition frequency of 500 Hz, a pulse output of 630 kW peak power and a single pulse energy of 63 mJ was obtained.
