基于多层规划理论建立了一种新的供应链合作谈判模型,并提供了基于模糊数学理论的交互式求解算法.针对由制造商、分销中心和零售商组成的多级分布式供应链系统,建立了三层规划生产-分销计划谈判模型,设计了模糊交互式求解方法,为便于比较,同时建立了分散式非合作策略和集中合作下的计划模型.算例仿真验证了模型及交互式三层规划法的可行性及有效性,并且通过比较分析,得到谈判合作策略协调效果好、可执行性高的结论.
Based on the multi-level programming theory, a new model of supply chain cooperation negotiation is established and an interactive algorithm based on fuzzy mathematics is provided.Aiming at the multi-level distributed supply chain system composed of manufacturers, distribution centers and retailers, A three-level planning production-distribution plan negotiation model is established and a fuzzy interactive solution method is designed. For the sake of comparison, a decentralized non-cooperative strategy and a centralized planning model are also established. The simulation results show that the model and the interactive three Layer planning method is feasible and effective, and through the comparative analysis, we get the conclusion that the negotiation cooperation strategy has good coordination and high enforceability.
