绩效三棱镜是基于利益相关者理论的综合绩效评价体系,将其应用于数字图书馆服务绩效评价工作具有十分重要的现实意义。根据绩效三棱镜评价理论与要求,从利益相关者需求、贡献、战略、流程、能力5个维度建立数字图书馆服务绩效三棱镜评价模式是符合数字图书馆服务绩效评价工作实际的,也是切实可行的。为了推动这一模式的实施,需要从数字图书馆利益相关者界定、服务绩效评价内容确定与评价方法选择等几个方面采取相应的措施。
Performance Prism is a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on stakeholder theory. It has very important practical significance to apply it to the service performance evaluation of digital library. According to the evaluation theories and requirements of performance prism, it is practicable and practicable to set up the prism evaluation model of service performance of digital library from the five dimensions of stakeholders’ needs, contribution, strategy, process and abilities. In order to promote the implementation of this model, it is necessary to take corresponding measures from the definition of stakeholders in the digital library, the determination of service performance evaluation content and the selection of evaluation methods.
