描述了辐射源(_(51)~(294)Am)的特点以及原油含水率自动监测仪技术的特性,含水仪的工作原理及结构性能,最后根据81#原油处理站现场测出来的数据进行讨论。经过理论计算,实现对含气原油含水率的在线分析,其主要技术指标:含水率测量范围1%-100%,精度:±1.5%。含气测量范围0-30%,精度:±0.25%。工作方式为全自动在线连续测量。该计量系统设计新颖,测量准确,安全可靠,进行稳定,使用寿命长,便于操作。特别是修正了由于原油中含气(乳化或游离)对含水率测量的影响,使该仪表在克拉玛依油田采油二厂的原油计量中发挥了明显的优势。
Described the characteristics of radiation sources (_ (51) ~ (294) Am) and the characteristics of the automatic monitoring system of crude oil moisture content, the working principle and structural performance of the water meter, and finally based on the measured data from the site 81 # crude oil treatment station discuss. After theoretical calculation, the on-line analysis of the moisture content of the crude oil with gas content is achieved.
