学高为师,身正为范,师德是教师最重要的素质,而师爱就是师德的核心,是教师的灵魂。班主任作为学生主要的精神关怀者,更应满怀师爱,以心育心、以德育德、以人格育人格。作为班主任我们应该多把爱放在学生上,爱是学生接受教育的前提。班主任对学生怀有真诚的感情,学生才会愉快地接受班主任的教诲。把爱的甘泉洒向他们的心田,使学生获得心理上的满足,才能使学生对教师崇敬、信任和亲近,以此形成教育学生的感情基础。 Learning is a teacher, body is a fan, teachers’ morality is the most important quality of teachers, and teacher’s love is the core of teacher’s morality and the soul of a teacher. As a student’s primary spiritual care worker, a teacher in charge of a class should be full of teacher-love, heart-rearing, moral education, and personality. As a class teacher we should put more love on the students, love is the premise of the students to receive education. Class teacher has a sincere feeling of students, students will happily accept the teacher’s teachings. Sprinkling the sweet spring of love to their heartland and making the students get the psychological satisfaction can make the students revere, trust and close to the teachers so as to form the emotional foundation for educating the students.
