采用两步分离法,建立了CL-TBP萃取色层柱结合TEVA萃取色层柱从233U中分离提取微克量级229Th的分离流程,去污因子DFTh/U>4.6×106,分离效果较好。采用同位素稀释电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ID-ICP-MS)对纯化后的233U进行了测量,结果为4.62 mg/g;采用233U标准曲线法测量了杂质淋洗液及Th组分中233U含量,得出233U损失率为0.01%;采用ICP-MS法半定量测量
A two-step separation method was used to establish a CL-TBP extraction chromatographic column with TEVA extraction chromatographic column to separate and extract micrograms of 229Th from 233U. The separation factor of DFTh / U> 4.6 × 106 was better.
