我军的汽车兵训练体制,经过几年的改革,已实现了基地化。实践证明,汽车兵新训走基地化之路,显示出了很强的优越性,解决了过去存在的新训质量不高和部队汽车兵缺编两个带根本性的问题。但是,当前汽车兵复训问题还没有得到很好的解决,严重制约和影响了汽车兵复训的质量。要解决这些问题和矛盾,我认为,汽车兵的复训同样也应该走基地化之路,参照现有司训大队的编制体制,组建司机复训大队,形成一个完整、科学的训练体系。组建汽车司机 Our military’s car soldier training system has achieved its base after several years of reform.
