Mention of opium, people will think of 19th century British colonialists launched two opium wars to China. In fact, during the invasion of China, Japan had also engaged in notorious opium evil activities. In particular, in the northeastern region, Japan not only set up a smoke-house and sold cigarettes but also set up a special agency to promote opium-abuse policy and extensive cultivation of opium-derived raw materials - - Poppy, it can be said that the northeast has become the center and base camp for Japan’s opium invasion policy in China. Regrettably, though there are many academic articles on the Japanese invasion of China, there are few articles on exposing Japan’s opium evil activities in the northeast. The author believes that the research on this subject not only enables the world to understand more completely the Japanese crimes committed during the invasion of China, but also further exposes the essence of Japan’s war on China: that is, not only is it full of open aggression, But also with the sinister nature of violating international humanitarian law.
