世界观、人生观和价值观是人对世界、对人生和人生价值总的看法和基本观点。它从根本上决定着一个人的人生追求和人生道路,决定着一个人的思想境界、道德情操和行为准则,构成了德才素质的基础和支撑点。可以说,世界观、人生观、价值观是保持共产党员先进性的核心问题。树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,不仅关系到党员干部个人的成长进步,更关系到党组织的整体凝聚力和战斗力。
