C_(20)摩擦对焊机是六十年代老设备,由于其故障率高,控制线路杂乱,摩擦焊接时间采用时间继电器手动调整,操作者经常要花费许多时间来调整一、二级摩擦。在调整时,由于操作者的熟练程度不同,经常要浪费一批高碳钢材料。为了提高产品质量、减少浪费,减轻工人的劳动强度,我们利用可编程控制器(PC 机),对 C_(20)摩擦对焊机进行了改造。从整体功能上看,摩擦焊接过程实现了自动控制,故障率比原来降低百分
C_ (20) friction butt welder is an old equipment in the 1960s. Due to its high failure rate, messy control circuit and friction welding time manually adjusted by time relay, the operator often needs to spend a lot of time to adjust the first and second friction. In the adjustment, due to the operator’s proficiency, often to waste a number of high-carbon steel materials. In order to improve product quality, reduce waste and reduce labor intensity, we use programmable logic controller (PC) to reform C_ (20) friction butt welder. From the overall function point of view, friction welding process to achieve automatic control, failure rate lower than the original percentage
