转向梯形机构是使车辆转向时实现内、外轮理想转角关系的核心部件。而断开式转向梯形由于空间杆件较多且空间运动复杂,本文应用空间机构学的一些基本原理和方法对其进行了空间运动分析计算,找出影响内、外轮理想转角关系的主要因素,并开发出优化设计程序。通过实际的设计和实验,表明空间机构学理论应用于断开式转向梯形的设计和优化能够使车辆转向时实现精确的内、外轮理想转角关系,为转向梯形设计提供了精确的实用方法。
The steering trapezoidal mechanism is the core component to realize the ideal corner relationship between the inner and outer wheels when steering the vehicle. However, the broken steering trapezoid has more spatial bars and complicated spatial movement. Based on some basic theories and methods of spatial mechanics, this paper analyzes and calculates the spatial motion and finds out the main factors that affect the ideal turning angle of inner and outer wheels. And to develop an optimized design process. The actual design and experiment show that the application of spatial mechanism theory to the design and optimization of the broken steering trapezoid can make the steering angle of the inner and outer wheels be precise and provide the accurate and practical method for steering trapezoidal design.
