试验以针铁矿 磷复合体为唯一磷源制成筛选培养基,研究本实验室筛选出的高效解磷菌(PEM)对矿物专性吸附磷的活化能力及机理。结果表明PEM能有效地利用矿物吸附磷,微生物利用率和转化率分别达到 57.5%和 61 7%,均明显高于一般土壤微生物(土壤悬液接种)。PEM活化专性吸附磷主要是通过产生有机酸,与矿物吸附磷发生竞争吸附或配位交换作用
In this study, the goaf iron phosphate complex was used as the sole phosphorus source to make the screening medium, and the activation ability and mechanism of phosphate-specific absorption of mineral by PEM in our laboratory were studied. The results showed that PEM can effectively utilize mineral to adsorb phosphorus, and the utilization rate and conversion rate of microorganisms reached 57.5% and 61.7% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of general soil microorganisms (soil suspension inoculation).
