为了实现光纤光栅传感器对基体表面应变的准确监测,以基片式光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器为研究对象,推导了基片式FBG应变传感器所测应变与基体应变之间的关系,即应变传递系数表达式。实验上,将实验室封装的铜基片式应变传感器黏贴在圆柱形试件上,测定了该传感器的应变传递系数。结果表明,理论所得的应变传递系数与实验所测的应变传递系数之间的误差很小,证明了应变传递系数推导的合理性,为基片式传感器的封装和使用提供了理论指导。
In order to accurately detect the strain on the surface of the substrate by FBG sensors, the relationship between the strain measured by the FBG strain sensor and the strain of the substrate was deduced by using FBG sensor. Experimentally, the laboratory-packaged copper-based strain gauge sensor was attached to a cylindrical specimen and the strain transfer coefficient of the sensor was measured. The results show that the error between theoretical strain transfer coefficient and experimentally measured strain transfer coefficient is small, which proves the rationality of derivation of strain transfer coefficient and provides theoretical guidance for encapsulation and application of substrate sensor.
