现在很多单位在招收员工时会注意选拔录用一些成绩好、素质高、潜力大的学生。这种想法是正确的,但是就算是招到了素质较高的员工,如果不能进行有效的岗前培训的话,也会直接导致员工无所适从或者很难适应组织,甚至是短时间内的离职。鉴于此,本文试从岗前培训的重要性、主要培训内容、可采取的培训手段、以及应该注意哪些注意事项等方面对如何做好岗前培训进行浅析。
