用超临界CO2流体萃取法对藏药“生等”(RhamnellagilgilitcaMansf.etMelch.)的主要成分墨沙酮(Maesopsin)的萃取进行了研究,探讨了压力、温度、夹带剂流量对革取效率的影响;并用HPLC法作了含量测定.结果表明,本法提取率约为超声波军取法的1.2倍。
The extraction of the main component of RangnellagilgilitcaMansf.etMelch. from Maesopsin was studied using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The effects of pressure, temperature and entrainer flux on the extraction efficiency were investigated. ; And using HPLC method for content determination. The results show that the extraction rate of this method is about 1.2 times that of the ultrasonic military method.
