一、概述为了满足我国石油物探开发的急需,我所研制成功了高温宽带功率放大器TD823。它具有频带宽、输出摆幅大以及环境工作温度宽等特点。该器件的电压增益等于1,因此,它可以用作缓冲功率放大器,也可以作为电压调整,组合放大以及电子线路的终端输出等多种放大电路使用。TD823能够在-55℃~+160℃的环境温度内可靠地工作。所以,可以广泛地应用于航天、地质、石油勘探等环境恶劣的电子设备
