当前,在我国新一轮深化国有企业改革中,煤炭企业所处的社会环境、经营环境和以前有了明显不同,职工队伍结构也有了新变化、新特点,井下作业人员锐减,招工难,工薪待遇低,职工思想观念多元化发展的趋势日益明显。与当前经济发展的新常态、新任务的要求相比,煤炭企业思想政治工作远远跟不上形势发展的需要,许多薄弱环节如工作覆盖不到位、工作体制机制不健全、工作方式方法简单单一、阵地建设不足、经费保障不力、政工队伍素质有待进一步提高等都成为制约企业发展的阻力。这就迫切要求我们要从维护企业改革发展稳定大局的高度出发,充分认识当前加强和改进企业思想政治工作的必要性紧迫性,并不断增强做好企业思想政治工作的责任感和使命感。
