每天光照16和24小时,对黑尾叶蝉若虫的发育和羽化有良好的效应。但在每天光照0~24小时的五个处理中,叶蝉的雌雄性比的雌成虫的产卵量与寿命没有显著差异。每天光照12小时,可明显缩短卵的孵化时间,提高孵化率。黑尾叶蝉若虫经每天光照0、4、12、16和24小时处理后羽化的成虫,其传播水稻东格鲁病毒的百分率分别为15.8%、30.0%、29.0%、21.4%和25.3%;传毒持续期为4.0、3.1、2.1和1.5天。对黑尾叶蝉卵期经上述五种不同光照处理后孵化的若虫,其传毒率分别为5%,20%,21.7%、6.7%和8.3%,传毒持续期为3.5、2.3、2.1、1.9和2.0天。在室内自然变温下,黑尾叶蝉的食料以针叶期稻苗最佳,三叶期和分蘖期稻苗均不如前者。各期稻苗饲养的虫子,其传毒力没有显著差异。
16 and 24 hours of light per day had a good effect on the development and emergence of black-headed leafhopper nymphs. However, there was no significant difference in fecundity and longevity between female and male female adults of the leafhopper in five treatments of 0-24 hours of light per day. In the indoor natural temperature, Nephotettix cincticee foodstuffs to the best needle-growing rice seedlings, three-leaf stage and tillering rice seedlings are not as good as the former. There was no significant difference in the virulence of the insects raised in each stage of rice seedlings.
