在师幼互动中,教师的角色定位是关键。教师绝不是简单的管理者、指挥者或裁决者,更不是机械的灌输者或传授者,而是良好师幼互动环境的创造者,交往机会的提供者,积极师幼互动的组织者和幼儿发展的支持者、合作者和引导者。在互动中,要足够地关注幼儿,与幼儿在同一平台上交流、对话、回应、反馈,使幼儿心情舒畅,从而与教师建立起丰富多彩、生动活泼的师生关系。
