为加快工会组织群众化、民主化、法制化建设进程,抚顺市总工会在多年实践与探索的基础上,在全市基层工会中广泛开展了直接民主选举基层工会主席工作。目前,抚顺现有基层工会5175个,已经进行直选工作的基层工会631个,直接民主选举工会主席631人,占基层工会总数的12%。在“进企业、访职工”活动中,抚顺市总工会发现部分非公企业工会成立初期,工会主席往往是老板随意指定的,也可以随意撤换调离。有的工会主席名义上是选举产生的,也大多是凭面子举举手、没有经过呒记名投票,并且多数为兼职,只是挂个名,没有真正的把精力投入到工会工作当中,
In order to speed up the mass, democratization and legalization of trade union organizations, Fushun City Federation of Trade Unions conducted a broad-based direct democratically elected chairmanship of grass-roots labor unions on the basis of years of practice and exploration in the city’s grass-roots labor unions. Currently, there are 5,175 grassroots unions in Fushun, 631 basic-level unions that have conducted direct-election work and 631 directly elected democratic unions, accounting for 12% of the total number of grassroots unions. They just hang up their names and they are not really devoted to the work of trade unions.
