河南省民权县供电局颜集供电所紧紧围绕国家电网公司工作要求,实施“样板带动工程”提升标准化管理水平,被列为2013~2014年度国家电网公司标准化示范供电所。瞄准目标,实施样板带动规范化自2011年以来,颜集供电所对照国家电网公司评价考核标准的必备条件和九项考核内容高标准、严要求,扎实开展了标准化示范供电所创建工作。2012年,颜集供电所率先推行了作业组织专业化管理工作,设置了专业班组,明确了各岗位职责,健全了各项规章制度和工作标准、考核办法,并严格落实考核奖惩。颜集供电所设置了“一长三员”管理岗位,电工负责维修、服务、催费和管理,实现了分工明细化,建立健全了绩效考核体系,充分体现了多劳多得的分配原则,有效激发了广大农电员工的责任意识和工作积极性。
