随着装置增加、扩能,维护设备大量增加,检修效率需要提高,领用配件耗时过长成为阻碍检修效率提高的原因之一,通过调查分析,找出了设备档案未更新、仓库管理账物不符、配件领用不规范等原因,并制定了相应的措施,使领用配件耗时长问题解决。 With the increase of equipment, capacity expansion and maintenance equipment increased significantly, maintenance efficiency needs to be improved, and the long time-consuming use of spare parts has become one of the reasons that hinder the improvement of maintenance efficiency.
