在王夫之的天道观、人性观当中,包含的法哲学思想是十分丰富的。天道是基于阴阳气化规则条理形成的,对人的产生和本质进行规定,对人的社会生活和行为进行规范。人通过自身作为天道目的,实现天道之诚,将天道的价值转化为人的道德理想。在王夫之的法哲学理论当中,道的范畴是其逻辑起点,他认为从气化的意义上来说,性和道是同一的,所谓天人合一,在于人性就是天道。在天道理论的现实依据当中,就是人类的社会秩序和自然属性。所以,在王夫之法哲学当中,人性具有核心性的作用。
In Wang Fuzhi’s concept of Heaven and Humanity, the philosophy of jurisprudence contained in it is very rich. Heaven is formed on the basis of the rules of yin and yang gasification, stipulating the generation and essence of people, and regulating people’s social life and behavior. Through its own purpose as a heaven, people realize the honesty of nature and turn the value of heaven into the moral ideal of people. In Wang Fuzhi’s philosophy of law philosophy, Tao’s category is its logical starting point. He believes that in the sense of gasification, sex and Tao are the same. The so-called harmony between man and nature means that human nature is God’s heaven. In the realistic basis of the theory of Heaven, it is human social order and natural attributes. Therefore, in Wang Fuzhi’s philosophy of law, humanity has a central role.
