科尔伯格道德认知发展认为,儿童的道德成熟首先是道德判断的成熟,然后是与道德判断相一致的道德行为的成熟。并基于此,划分了道德发展的三水平、六阶段模型。初中阶段学生的道德判断特点决定了初中阶段的德育应该更多地走向生活化,充分挖掘隐形德育课堂的功效。他所运用的德育方法也启示要进一步确立学生的德育主体地位才能达到德育的目的。
Kohlberg’s moral cognitive development argues that the moral maturity of children begins with the maturity of moral judgments and then with the maturity of moral conduct consistent with moral judgments. Based on this, the three levels and six stages of moral development are divided. The characteristics of moral judgments of junior middle school students determine that the moral education in junior middle school should go more towards life and make full use of the effectiveness of invisible moral education class. The method of moral education that he uses also suggests that we should further establish the dominant position of moral education in order to achieve the goal of moral education.
