研究了一种气固两相流粒子群宽粒径分布的测试方法 ;对 0 .1~ 2 0 0 0 μm大粒子的粒径测试给出了理论分析和试验验证。提出了以较大发散角的低功率半导体激光器为光源 ,用侧向椭球反射镜接收散射光 ,并用概率统计的方法可以测量 0 .1~ 2 0 0 0μm粒子的粒径分布。该方法可以应用于电厂、环保等领域的粉尘监测 ,具有较高的实用价值。
A test method for the particle size distribution of gas-particle two-phase flow is studied. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the particle size distribution of large particles from 0.1 to 2.0 μm are given. A low-power semiconductor laser with a large divergence angle is used as a light source, and a side ellipsoidal reflector is used to receive the scattered light. The particle size distribution of the particles of 0.1-1.00 μm can be measured by a probabilistic statistical method. The method can be applied to dust monitoring in power plants and environmental protection fields, and has high practical value.
