随着我国高等教育事业改革的深化发展,高职院校学生的就业问题逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。运用PDCA循环模式对高职院校毕业生就业工作进行管理,对于提升高职院校毕业生的就业竞争力以及社会适应能力具有一定的现实意义。
With the deepening of the reform of higher education in our country, the employment of students in higher vocational colleges has drawn wide attention from all walks of life. The use of the PDCA cycle model to manage the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges has certain practical significance for enhancing the employment competitiveness and social adaptability of graduates from higher vocational colleges.
