以两种土壤水分和4种土壤肥力水平对春玉米光合运转关系的影响及其产量效应进行了较深入的探讨。在土壤水分适宜条件下,不同土壤肥力春玉米叶片光合速率随肥力水平的提高而增加的主要原因是气孔因素的限制,光合速率与籽粒产量呈现极显著正相关关系.中等土壤水分亏缺使春玉米叶片气孔传导、光合速率降低,细胞间隙CO2浓度显著增加,叶肉细胞光合活性下降而导致光合速率的下降.
The effects of two soil moisture and four soil fertility levels on the photosynthetic operation of spring maize and their yield effects were discussed in depth. Under suitable soil moisture conditions, the main reason for the increase of photosynthetic rate of spring maize leaves with different fertility level was the limitation of stomatal factors. There was a significant positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and grain yield. Moderate soil water deficit caused stomatal conductance, decreased photosynthetic rate, increased intercellular CO2 concentration and decreased photosynthetic activity of mesophyll cells, which led to the decrease of photosynthetic rate.
