目前川西中浅层致密砂岩储层开发方式以水平井分段大型压裂为主,在实施过程中出现了压裂液返排率低、储层伤害大的问题,严重影响了改造增产效果。在保证压裂液性能的前提下,从降低水平井压裂液入地量开展低伤害压裂配套技术研究。研制了地面快速投球装置,结合顶替量优化计算,可减少压裂施工时间和送球液量。成果在SF104-2HF等多口水平井成功运用,获得了较好的改造效果。
At present, the development mode of the middle and shallow tight sandstone reservoirs in western Sichuan is dominated by large-scale horizontal fracturing in horizontal wells. During the implementation, fracturing fluid has low backflow rate and large reservoir damage, which seriously affects the effect of transformation and stimulation. On the premise of ensuring the performance of fracturing fluid, the study on supporting technology of low-pressure fracturing is carried out by reducing the amount of fracturing fluid entering the horizontal well. Developed a rapid ground pitching device, combined with the replacement of the optimal calculation, can reduce the construction time and the amount of fluid delivery. The results in the SF104-2HF and other multi-port horizontal wells successfully applied, obtained a better transformation effect.
