GB10095—88《渐开线圆柱齿轮精度》等效采用ISO1328一1975《平行轴渐开线圆柱齿轮-ISO精度制》,与旧标准JB179—83主要区别如下: 1.切向一齿综合误差、陉向一齿综合误差分别改为一齿切向综合误差和一齿径向综合误差,周节偏差改为齿距偏差,不用原始齿廓或基本齿形,统一称为基本齿廓;公法线平均长度偏差代号(?)E_w改为(?)E_w(?)E_(wmo) 2.在GB10095—88中齿圈径向跳动公差F_r按两个公差计算式计算(表A1),将其计算方案中较小的一个数按优先数圆整后作为规定值。对一般规格的齿轮,公差值约压缩了20%,相当于提高一个精度等级。
