猕猴桃又名藤梨、丰桃、阳桃、金梨、山洋桃等。性味甘、酸、寒,有解热、止渴、通淋、抗癌作用。猕猴桃果含糖、维生素、有机酸、色素等,营养丰富。据北京医科大学宋葡菊教授研究证实,猕猴桃汁可以阻断亚硝胺的合成,因而有预防胃癌的作用。临床应用猕猴桃辅助治疗癌症也比较广泛,如: (1)鼻咽癌、肺癌、乳房癌患者放疗后虚热咽干,口渴欲饮者:猕猴桃鲜
