以SolidWorks软件为建模平台,利用SolidWorks OLE应用程序开发接口API函数,设计了一齿轮类零件标准件库,可以快速生成直齿轮、锥齿轮、斜齿轮、齿条、涡轮蜗杆等齿轮类零件。利用该标准件库,设计并虚拟装配了一个对称锥齿轮差速机构,最后运用Solidworks平台的运动仿真插件COS-MOSMotion对该差速机构进行运动学仿真,通过比对理论计算结果与仿真结果,验证了对称锥齿轮差速机构原理的准确性,也为该领域的工程设计人员提供借鉴。
With SolidWorks software as the modeling platform and a SolidWorks OLE application development interface API function, a standard part library of gear parts is designed, which can quickly generate gears such as spur gears, bevel gears, helical gears, racks and worm gears. Using the standard parts library, a symmetrical bevel gear differential mechanism is designed and fabricated. Finally, kinematics simulation of the differential mechanism is performed by using the Solidworks platform’s motion simulation plug-in COS-MOSMotion. By comparing the theoretical calculation results with the simulation results, The accuracy of the principle of the symmetrical bevel gear differential mechanism is verified, which also provides reference for engineering designers in this field.
