目的观察优质护理对于老年急性冠状动脉综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法将医院入住的92例老年急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,观察2组患者SDS评分、SAS评分及SF-36评分情况。结果 2组患者在入院时SDS评分、SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院时,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组在健康变化、健康精神、情感职能、社会功能、活力、总体健康、身体疼痛、生理职能及生理功能9个指标上与对照组比较,差异显著均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质护理能够显著提高老年急性冠状动脉综合征患者的生活质量,有效提高患者参与治疗的依从性和积极性。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing on quality of life in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 92 elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing care. The SDS score, SAS score and SF-36 score of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the two groups (P> 0.05). At discharge, the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the observation group had significant difference (P <0.01) in the 9 indicators of health change, health, emotional function, social function, vitality, general health, body ache, physiological function and physiological function. Conclusion The quality of care can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome, effectively improve the compliance of patients involved in the treatment and enthusiasm.
