目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病SD大鼠模型的稳定性与耐受性。方法采用连续4周喂养高脂饲料后,空腹一次性注射25 mg/kg链脲佐菌素的方法,建立Ⅱ型糖尿病SD大鼠模型。结果造模7 d后血糖值均高于6.78 mmol/L。持续观察22 d,血糖值后期略有波动,但稳定性与耐受性良好(均高于6.78 mmol/L)。结论采用高脂饮食,联合空腹一次性注射25 mg/kg链脲佐菌素的方法能成功建立Ⅱ型糖尿病SD大鼠模型。该方法建立模型简单、用药量小,有良好的稳定性与耐受性。
Objective To investigate the stability and tolerance of type 2 diabetic SD rats. Methods SD rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by feeding a high-fat diet for 4 weeks and injecting a single dose of streptozotocin (25 mg / kg) on the fasting side. Results After 7 days of modeling, blood glucose levels were higher than 6.78 mmol / L. After 22 days of continuous observation, blood glucose fluctuated slightly in the later period, but its stability and tolerability were good (both higher than 6.78 mmol / L). Conclusion A high-fat diet combined with a fasting bolus injection of 25 mg / kg streptozotocin can successfully establish a rat model of type 2 diabetes. The method to establish a simple model, the dosage is small, there is good stability and tolerance.
