汽车传感器是汽车内部信号转换的主要元件,其研发项目风险是多层复杂、充满不确定的。为了保证项目的顺利进行,必须在前期准备中有效地评估风险。通过前期的项目风险分析,参考企业相关经验,确立存在于汽车传感器研发项目中的各类风险因素,最终通过层次结构模型,应用模糊数学对项目的风险指标进行系统评估。评估结果可为项目团队在项目策划中进行风险预防和采取改进措施提供参考,具有实际意义。
Automotive sensors are the main components of signal conversion in the car, the risk of its R & D project is multi-layer complex, full of uncertainty. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the risk must be effectively evaluated in the preparation. Based on the previous project risk analysis and referring to the related experience of the enterprise, various risk factors existing in the automobile sensor R & D project are established. Finally, the fuzzy evaluation of the project risk index is carried out through the hierarchical model. The evaluation results can provide reference for the project team to carry out risk prevention and improvement measures in the project planning, which is of practical significance.
