面点是中国传统的食品。随着时代的变迁,面点的花式也更加丰富多样。如今,不少人都乐意自己制作面点,可口又实惠。但是要在短时间内学到各色面点制作的真本领,并不容易。陈霞珍,1973年开始从事餐饮行业工作,有三十多年丰富的实践经验。她曾师从中式点心状元葛贤萼、西式点心泰斗边兴华两位名师。经多年努力、磨练,她获得《高级点心师证书》,在工作岗位上兢兢业业做出了卓越的贡献。退休后陈霞珍在长宁区虹桥社区学校任教,传授点心制作技术,并编制了《花式点心》教材。她的手艺受到社区居民的赞誉。
Noodles are traditional Chinese food. With the changing times, the noodles are more rich and varied. Today, many people are happy to make pasta, delicious and affordable. However, it is not easy to learn the true skills of making colored noodles in a short time. Chen Xiazhen, who began to work in the catering industry in 1973, has over thirty years of rich practical experience. She taught under the Chinese snack Ge Gexian, Western-style diminutive Xinghua two famous teachers. After many years of hard work and honed practice, she has obtained the Certificate of Advanced Pastry Teacher and has made outstanding contributions in her work. After his retirement, Chen Xiazhen taught at the Hongqiao Community School in Changning District, teaching pastry making techniques and compiled teaching materials for “Fancy Desserts”. Her craft is praised by community residents.
