目的 探讨电化学疗法 (ECHT)对大鼠种植型肝癌的治疗效果。方法 制作大鼠肝癌动物模型 ,应用电化学疗法进行治疗 ,1周后影像学、病理光镜观察肿瘤大小、坏死、凋亡变化 ,与对照组比较 ,并观察生存期的长短。结果 电化学治疗前 ,大鼠肝肿瘤平均体积为 ( 10 0± 6)mm3 ,电化学治疗后 1周 ,大鼠肝肿瘤平均体积为 ( 12 5± 10 )mm3 ,而荷瘤对照组肝肿瘤平均体积为 ( 190± 11)mm3 ;治疗组肿瘤生长率为 2 5 % ,而荷瘤对照组肝肿瘤生长率为 90 % ,P <0 .0 5。治疗组病理光镜下肿瘤明显坏死 ,并可诱发细胞凋亡 ;生存期明显延长。结论 电化学疗法可明显抑制肿瘤生长 ,促进肿瘤坏死 ,诱发细胞凋亡 ,延长大鼠生存期。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electrochemical therapy (ECHT) on implanted hepatocellular carcinoma in rats. Methods Animal model of rat liver cancer was made and treated with electrochemotherapy. One week later, tumor size, necrosis and apoptosis were observed by pathology and light microscopy. The survival time was compared with the control group. Results The average volume of rat liver tumor was (100 ± 6) mm3 before electrochemical treatment. The average volume of rat liver tumor was (125 ± 10) mm3 one week after electrochemical treatment, while the tumor-bearing control liver tumor The average volume was (190 ± 11) mm3; the growth rate of the tumor in the treatment group was 25%, while the growth rate of the liver tumor in the tumor-bearing control group was 90%, P <0.05. In the treatment group, the tumor was obviously necrotic under pathological light microscope, and the apoptosis was induced; the survival time was obviously prolonged. Conclusion Electrochemotherapy can significantly inhibit tumor growth, promote tumor necrosis, induce apoptosis and prolong the survival of rats.
