目的探讨640层螺旋CT脑灌注成像联合CT血管成像联合像技术在早期脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析45例早期缺血性脑梗死患者的临床及影像学资料。结果 45例患者中,发现脑灌注异常42例,根据脑梗死前期的影像学分期:Ⅰ-1期6例,Ⅰ-2期16例,Ⅱ-1期12例,Ⅱ-2期8例,其中7例同时有两个部位发现异常灌注,分别处于Ⅰ-2期和Ⅱ-1期。结论 640层螺旋CT脑灌注成像联合头颈部CT血管成像技术可以准确确定缺血半暗带及病变血管,对早期缺血性脑血管脑的诊断以及指导治疗有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the value of 640-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging combined with CT angiography in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 45 patients with early ischemic cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 45 patients, 42 cases of cerebral perfusion abnormalities were found. According to the imaging staging of pre-infarction, 6 cases were stage Ⅰ-1, 16 cases were stage Ⅰ-2, 12 cases were stage Ⅱ-1, 8 cases were stage Ⅱ- Of the 7 cases, abnormal perfusion was found in two sites at the same time, which were in stages Ⅰ-2 and Ⅱ-1, respectively. Conclusion 640-slice spiral CT cerebral perfusion imaging combined with head-and-neck CT angiography can accurately determine the ischemic penumbra and vascular lesion, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and guidance of early ischemic cerebrovascular.
